Senior Deal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Create Quotes and Order Forms for sales deals
• Review Quote approval requests and approve qualified Quotes
• Process bookings review of customer orders. Assist in the complete order cycle, ensure quality and
• Support of internal and external customers in regard to order booking and order tracking
• Address escalation for exception handling regarding booking requests
• Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce; post-close data review

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Quote to Cash in Salesforce CPQ Tool
• Experience with Ironclad or another CLM (Conga, etc.)
• Back-office operations and knowledge of order processing
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal for deal making
• Ability to learn internal business tech quickly
• Flexibility to work additional nights/weekends for month/quarter-end
