📋 Description
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and other
- Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver clinical care.
- Provide flexible hybrid remote work options with in-person and telehealth components.
🎯 Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
- Experience supervising BTs and leading ABA clinical programs.
- Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across OT, speech pathology, pediatrics, and
- Ability to implement strength-based, holistic ABA approaches in a hybrid setting.
