📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for cannabis cultivation facilities.
• Monitor climate controls to ensure optimal temp, humidity, and airflow.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues to minimize downtime and keep systems efficient.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance schedules and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state/local cannabis regulations and EPA refrigerant handling.
• Collaborate with cultivation, processing, and retail teams to meet climate requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school cert or 1-2 years in commercial/residential HVAC
• At least 5 years HVAC installation/repair/maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Universal certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and climate control for indoor cultivation
• Ability to diagnose electrical/refrigeration components and troubleshoot
