Principal ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Software Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions for HR initiatives.
• Configure HRSD capabilities: services, case templates, knowledge bases, workflows, journeys.
• Modernize HRSD apps to improve employee experience and HR efficiency.
• Develop workflow automation using business rules, client scripts, UI/policy/data policies
• Collaborate with HR product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP) and ensure data exchange.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 5+ yrs experience, or Master’s with 3+ yrs.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development with HRSD expertise (Case & Knowledge, Employee Center
• Strong JavaScript; Python or PowerShell for automation/integration.
• SQL database concepts and data interactions.
• Experience evaluating ServiceNow/HRSD capabilities and translating to solutions.
• Nice to have HR processes knowledge and HRIS integration (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft).
