• Own full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience, 2+ in-house preferred
• Experience recruiting for software/hardware engineers
• Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage multiple searches with deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with ATS and candidate data
