📋 Description

• Own the strategic roadmap and execution for accounting infra, pipelines, and automation for
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross‑functional eng teams to build auditable backend systems.
• Lead and mentor engineers, set technical direction in a high‑stakes financial environment.
• Drive data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system scalability for faster close and audit

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data or software engineering, 2+ years leading teams
• Hands‑on experience with modern data infra tools (Fivetran, dbt Cloud, Snowflake, Workato)
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, reconciliation, and close workflows
• Clear communicator across Finance, Compliance, and Engineering
• Experience with distributed systems, data quality frameworks, SOX controls a plus
