🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years doing growth work in a growth, product growth, or marketing team
- Hands-on contributor who has shipped onboarding and activation experiments
- Owned metrics from sign-up to activation and paid conversion
- Strong systems thinking; instrument funnels and iterate on data
- Strong product marketing experience: positioning, packaging, copy that convert inside partner
- Founder energy; resourceful and self-directed
