📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change mgmt initiatives
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, plans, and governance
• Oversee global ERP deployments and process modernization
• Establish change-management frameworks and readiness
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, Prosci ADKAR)
• Partner with executives to align investments with scalable models

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leadership in transformation/change at global scale
• Bachelor’s in Business Admin/Math or related; MBA preferred
• Structured change-management experience with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and executive sponsorship
• Ability to influence C-suite and diverse teams
• Modernization of legacy environments with scalable foundations
