Customer Logistics Coordinator, UK & Export

📋 Description

• Manage UK domestic and export customer orders from receipt through to delivery and billing.
• Coordinate EDI operations, maintain EDI database, and SAP master data to ensure accurate order
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, 3PLs, and customers to achieve OTIF service
• Monitor shortages, delivery failures, returns, and claims; drive improvements with partners.
• Support prioritisation for month-end, year-end, promotions, and launches; manage stock allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in order management with focus on logistics/export shipping.
• Experience with SAP; strong Excel (PivotTables, formulas) and good MS Office skills.
• Proven ability to manage internal/external customer relationships in FMCG/export contexts.
• Fluent English; degree in a relevant discipline.
• Collaborative team player; detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
