Senior Production Planner

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules balancing demand, material
• Adjust production plans within ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) to respond to changing conditions.
• Prioritize orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to protect customer commitments.
• Monitor KPIs and share performance reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify trends, gaps, and risks; propose corrective actions for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement improvements across planning processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in production and material planning.
• Hands-on experience with ERP planning (SAP or Oracle); Oracle Fusion ERP is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent data presentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
