📋 Description

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS with focus on Market
• Define/optimize business rules, market transactions, and customer switching workflows per
• Act as functional liaison among business stakeholders, development, integrations, and validation
• Lead data conversion activities and related solution workstreams.
• Support UAT, functional validation, issue resolution, and production readiness.
• Assist deployment planning and ensure production-ready functional delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional design/consulting for Oracle CC&B/CCS implementations.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Utilities MTF, including market transactions and customer switching
• Solid understanding of utility industry processes, regulatory requirements, and customer lifecycle
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM or related solutions (OFS, C2M).
• Experience supporting data conversion, UAT, deployment readiness, and enterprise system delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business/technical teams.
