• Senior role at heart of BU API's transformation agenda
• Bridge strategic agenda with on-the-ground execution in transformation program
• Cross-functional leadership and Chief of Staff responsibilities for BU API Leadership Team
• Drive opportunities beyond current portfolio and ensure coherent transformation landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in strategy, transformation, or management consulting
• Experience at intersection of strategy and execution in tech/telecom/SaaS/CPaaS
• Chief of Staff or senior advisory background
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with OKR governance and executive reporting
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for senior audiences
• Familiarity with transformation tools like Wave or similar
