AI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the AI SDR program end-to-end, inbound and outbound across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Set direction, drive results, and prove ROI with platform operations colleagues.
• Collaborate with SDR teams to fix lead quality, prioritization, and handoffs using AI, data, and
• Define enrollment logic, pipeline metrics, and continuous improvement of the agentic platform.
• Coordinate across Marketing Operations to scale four regions with multiple languages.
• Report ROI, pipeline impact, and program health on a live dashboard.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running programs with numeric outcomes (demand gen, SDR/BDR, growth, GTM).
• Knowledge of AI workflows in production and ability to read data workflows and tools.
• Comfort with multiple regions, languages, and US hours overlap.
• Strong judgment to direct AI agents and ownership of end-to-end program delivery.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and willingness to evaluate new tools for measurable impact.
