• 12+ years of progressive EH&S experience with leadership of corporate programs
• Experience developing enterprise EH&S policies, governance, and compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and federal/state/local regulations
• Experience managing regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and corrective actions
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Facilities, Legal, HR, Security, and business leaders
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
