📋 Description
- Lead technical delivery of complex autonomy capabilities for space-focused platforms.
- Develop automation for space assets including satellites and missile defense applications.
- Explore large-scale distributed optimization, automated tasking, scheduling, and track fusion.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure integration on real-world platforms.
- Travel to office locations, customer sites, and flight integration events (~10-15% per year).
- Balance theory with practical implementation to deliver operational autonomy solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years experience with a Bachelor’s, or 6 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD
- Proficiency in C++ and Python; experience with RTOS.
- Strong background in control systems, motion planning, optimization, and distributed
- Experience with unmanned system technologies and space-domain algorithms.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., AFSIM, NGTS) for testing/validation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; able to work in multidisciplinary
