📋 Description

• Lead design, validation, and deployment of advanced test systems for V-BAT components
• Architect PCBs and interfaces for power electronics, RF, and comms
• Develop automated test sequences in Python for scalability and repeatability
• Design and integrate custom test fixtures (relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnessing)
• Drive cross-functional design reviews with DFT improvements
• Hands-on with HASS, ESS, HALT in simulated harsh environments

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related STEM
• 3+ years in hardware design and test engineering
• Deep expertise in electrical design, mechanical, and software principles
• Proven ability to design and validate multidisciplinary hardware
• Track record of ownership from concept to execution
