• Lead a client-facing, revenue-generating learning solutions business for pharma/biotech/life
• Translate priorities into execution plans driving growth, margins, and scalable operations.
• Modernize portfolio with AI-enabled learning, digital coaching, microlearning, analytics.
• Partner with sales, clients, finance, and cross-functional teams to win and expand business.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading learning solutions, digital learning, or life sciences consulting.
• Proven revenue, margin, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharma/biotech/medical affairs environments.
• Experience selling and delivering client-facing learning solutions.
• Expertise with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS, analytics, simulations, and digital delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Remote capable.
