📋 Description

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples using a data-labeling platform and quality criteria.
• Assess typography, readability, hierarchy, font selection, and pairings.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, balance, focal points, spacing, alignment, and grid usage.
• Assess icons, illustrations, imagery, and other visual assets for quality and execution.
• Evaluate color palettes for harmony, contrast, accessibility, and effectiveness.
• Rate professionalism and polish using 1–5 scales; apply established rubrics objectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design/visual arts or 2–3 years professional experience.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual
• Ability to critique design work against professional standards, not personal taste.
• Experience reviewing designs, providing feedback, or assessing creative work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to judge subtle differences in quality.
• Consistent judgment across repetitive evaluation tasks; independent and focused work style.
