Associate Software Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze testing requirements and create test plans and scripts.
• Execute tests for new and improved functionality in internal and external software.
• Create and document test plans, scenarios and scripts for validation.
• Run tests across IT environments and track progress per Defect Management Cycle.
• Identify defects, report findings to Analysts/Developers for remediation.
• Participate in Scrum team activities and support peers.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years testing experience
• Knowledge of testing phases in IT environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• ISTQB/ISEB qualification or equivalent
• Experience in test automation tools (Selenium)
• Proven ability to test API functions
