Director of Strategy Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead strategic transformation for BU API, bridging strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Transformation Lead to ground strategic intent in delivery reality.
• Own governance for OKRs, meetings, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation programs and manage interdependencies.
• Serve as thought partner to Head of Transformation on complex challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in strategy, transformation, or management consulting (tech/telecom/SaaS preferred).
• Experience at the intersection of strategy and execution; end-to-end transformation programs.
• Senior advisory experience (Chief of Staff or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Familiarity with transformation tools like Wave or similar portfolio tracking.
• Proactive, fast-paced mindset with agility in evolving priorities.
