📋 Description

• Optimize resource planning, utilization and delivery across consulting, implementation, managed
• Link sales forecasts to project delivery and workforce planning to meet client demand.
• Balance project demand with capacity and monitor billable vs non-billable hours.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate staffing, timelines, and workforce strategies.
• Maintain the resource skills matrix and support staffing decisions with project managers.
• Drive staffing forecasts and identify gaps and hiring needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, Life Sciences, Finance, HR or related discipline.
• 5+ years in consulting, resource management, project operations or PMO.
• Experience in system implementation or consulting projects, Life Sciences or Pharmacovigilance
• Strong resource planning, capacity management, utilization forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Experience with resource management and project management tools; cross-functional collaboration
• Finance or project financial management experience highly preferred.
