📋 Description
- Shape and strengthen internal communications across Chartis.
- Partner with CMCO and firm leadership to define strategy, operating model, governance.
- Build enterprise communications calendar aligned to priorities and change initiatives.
- Develop messaging frameworks, narratives, and internal voice guidance.
- Create tools for leader cascade: talking points, FAQs, templates, channel guidance.
- Translate complex topics into clear, actionable communications for all audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, English, or related field; Master’s
- 12–15+ years in internal/corporate/employee/change communications, ideally in complex orgs.
- Proven ability to build or evolve internal communications function and governance.
- Strong strategic judgment aligning communications with business priorities and culture.
- Excellent writing/editing for executive messaging and leader communications.
- Strong facilitation and advisory skills; able to coach leaders across levels.
