Oracle CCS Market Transaction Framework Functional Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities CCS solutions with
• Define and optimize business rules, market configurations, and customer switching workflows per
• Act as the primary functional liaison among business, dev, and validation teams.
• Provide functional leadership across data conversion and related workstreams.
• Support UAT, validation, issue resolution, and readiness activities.
• Assist deployment planning and ensure production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional design and consulting for Oracle CC & B/CCS implementations.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Utilities MTF, including market transactions and customer switching.
• Solid understanding of utility industry processes and regulatory requirements.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM or related solutions (OFS, C2M).
• Experience supporting data conversion, UAT, deployment readiness, and enterprise delivery.
• Ability to define business rules and translate requirements into effective solutions.
