Product Manager, Autonomous Systems Command & Control

📋 Description

• Own the C2 and HMI product roadmap for autonomous systems.
• Translate operator needs into executable product plans.
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and designers to define workflows and interfaces.
• Drive integration with upstream air C2 systems and mission planning tools.
• Balance operational impact with feasibility and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and stakeholder alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for technically demanding software.
• Experience with real-time systems, operator-facing HMIs, or mission-critical workflows.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable working with engineers and designers to make sharp trade-offs.
• Fluent in English and German with willingness to relocate to Munich.
• Ability to travel to operator, partner, and customer sites as needed.
