Senior Electrical Engineer, Test Equipment Design

📋 Description

• Own design and development of test systems for X-BAT hardware
• Design custom PCBs and automated test sequences
• Develop electrical/mechanical test stands for aerospace hardware
• Lead design reviews and design-for-testability (DFT)
• Hands-on with HASS, ESS, HALT testing in harsh environments
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hardware test expertise

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years hardware design/test eng experience
• Deep electrical, mechanical, software principles for hardware tests
• Proven ability to deliver multidisciplinary hardware systems
• Ownership mindset and reliable teammate attitude
• Preferred: Python scripting, PCB tools (Altium, KiCAD, Eagle), CAD (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA)
