🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience leading engineering teams in industrial/advanced manufacturing/high-tech facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, safety standards, and design
• Experience with short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, load-flow, and power-quality analyses.
• Proven project, budget, resource, and schedule management with profitability awareness.
• PE license in the state of practice or ability to obtain reciprocity within a defined timeframe
