📋 Description

• Own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio across platform integrations.
• Define and launch durable partner acceleration capabilities to scale future integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather partner feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience shipping multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Ability to discuss technical details with engineers, iterate with designers, and analyze data with
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to navigate complex org dynamics.
• Bias toward action with ability to turn ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
• Experience launching high-quality products on time; comfortable in externally facing roles with
• Bonus: Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL domain experience.
