📋 Description

• Senior Director with enterprise-wide accountability for platform standards, developer experience
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Developer Experience, and AI teams to define standards and
• Operate with a product mindset to improve adoption and outcomes across engineering teams globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Developer Experience, or related
• Experience designing/scaling CI/CD platforms, cloud-native solutions, and engineering standards in
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, IaC, developer tooling, software supply chain security, and
• Ability to influence teams and improve adoption across matrixed organizations.
