🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience; strong .NET proficiency; Rails exp is a plus.
• Stack: .NET/Core (C#, VB.NET), Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript.
• Data: fluency in T-SQL and MS SQL Server; database design and performance tuning.
• Data Transformation: XML, XSLT, XPath, LINQ to XML (banking formats).
• Cloud & Scale: AWS, distributed microservices.
• Security Mindset: digital signatures, encryption, secure file transport.
