📋 Description
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for a People & Places technology domain.
- Maintain visibility across tools, vendors, and contracts; support renewal and investment decisions
- Translate ambiguous employee/business challenges into actionable requirements, user stories, and
- Own the experience and intelligence layer above core systems such as Workday.
- Partner with engineering throughout discovery, development, and launch; act as the accountable
- Evaluate AI capabilities for research, prioritization, and execution with AI-enabled tools.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, HR, IS, CS, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management, ownership of products/platforms from definition to delivery and
- Autonomy, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and strong collaboration with engineering.
- Experience scoping and delivering technical initiatives with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills; experience with HR/people tech platforms is a plus; AI/enterprise
