Senior Systems Verification & Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead system verification and validation (V&V) activities for aerospace and defence applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate complex air/land platforms.
• Identify, document, and track system issues; resolve discrepancies with engineers.
• Support risk management and lifecycle quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement of V&V processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in system verification and validation, preferably in aerospace/defence.
• Strong understanding of system integration and test methodologies.
• Experience with requirements traceability and compliance verification.
• Proficiency in Polarion for requirements/test management.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting (Python).
• Knowledge of standards (DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD).
