Sr NetIQ Engineer (NetIQ OpenText)

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on production support for NetIQ OpenText Identity Manager services, investigating
• Monitor support queues, incidents, service requests, and IDM services to drive timely resolution
• Design, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot NetIQ OpenText Identity Manager drivers
• Perform root cause analysis for complex production issues and implement sustainable corrective
• Support provisioning, authentication, authorization, user lifecycle management, access controls
• Monitor system and driver performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience working with NetIQ OpenText Identity Manager technologies in
• Strong hands-on experience designing, configuring, maintaining, deploying, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning
• Demonstrated experience investigating complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrations, with strong technical understanding
• Experience evaluating the impact of technical changes and supporting implementation planning
