Job Description
📋 Description
- Own facility performance and optimization across the asset, focusing on equipment uptime
- Lead and develop a team of facility engineers embedded in route teams, establishing strong
- Drive commissioning engineering excellence by ensuring new facilities are designed for startup
- Act as the integration point between facilities engineering and key programs including integrity
- Identify and resolve surface-equipment bottlenecks, reliability issues, and operational risks
- Support process safety activities including Management of Change, risk assessments, HAZOPs, process
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, or another relevant engineering
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas production operations, facilities
- Hands-on experience with surface production facilities, including separators, compression
- Strong understanding of unconventional, multi-well pad development, ideally with experience in the
- Proven commissioning experience spanning engineering walkdowns, startup, first production
- Working knowledge of process safety fundamentals, including MOC, HAZOP, process safety information
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary range of $206,000–$242,000 USD, depending on applicable factors and the compensation
