📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring partners receive timely
• Own onboarding for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with requirements.
• Monitor affiliate performance across traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Analyze results to identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and profitable scaling areas.
• Research, identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
• Optimize campaigns and acquisition activities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing/management in high-growth digital settings.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and partner management.
• Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, media buying, paid social, etc.
• Hands-on with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and similar analytics/reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with large data handling and reporting.
