📋 Description

• Drive regional business development for South-East Europe
• Own full sales cycle: lead gen to contract closure
• Develop regional sales plans aligned to targets
• Maintain high-quality sales pipeline and forecasting
• Collaborate with PV sales and HQ teams on solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Business or related field
• 3–7 years in sales/business dev in PV/BESS/renewables
• Strong BESS, PCS, EMS knowledge
• Experience with EPCs, developers, or utility-scale projects
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
• Fluent English; 1+ language among Bulgarian/Russian/Ukrainian/Greek
