Senior Business & Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Support monthly financial reporting packages and YTD revenue vs prior-year/budgets.
• Prepare department monthly reports; investigate variances and adjust when needed.
• Develop KPI-based reports from multiple systems for senior leaders.
• Support semiannual revenue and expense forecasting for planning systems.
• Assist annual budgeting with cross-department data coordination.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, digital sales, trends and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related preferred.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, data or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation and presentation.
• Intermediate experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navigator or similar systems.
