📋 Description

• Lead elements of private markets valuation process from Gurugram
• Provide senior review and challenge of valuation analyses
• Oversee quality and timeliness of deliverables; develop local team
• Partner with global Valuation team and stakeholders
• Advance operating model with data, reporting, controls, automation, and AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in private markets valuation, transaction advisory, or related field
• CA qualification; CFA/CPA/MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and other approaches
• Understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and fair value accounting
• Ability to review complex valuations and communicate conclusions
• Experience leading teams; coaching and development mindset
