📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex workplace design and construction projects.
• Act as the key link between client, design team, site leadership, subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive projects from planning through handover with focus on safety, quality, schedule, budget and
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure buildability and timely delivery.
• Provide updates to clients and stakeholders and manage issues proactively.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project/construction management experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to anticipate client needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Vista or similar PM software.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, codes, sequencing, coordination and quality
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control experience.
