Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and coach a regional purchasing team across 10+ sites
- Visit 2-3 stores weekly; coach on-site and via data-driven reviews
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Pricing to ensure stock
- Weekly HQ meeting; plan actions for your region with Head of Purchasing
- Monitor purchasing KPIs and adjust plans to improve regional performance
🎯 Requirements
- HBO/WO degree
- 3+ years in a leadership role in a commercial/operational setting
- Experience coaching/manage teams (>15 people)
- Based in central Netherlands
- Strong analytical skills; KPI-driven mindset
- Able to drive change and improvements
