📋 Description
- Plan and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for
- Explore collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand offerings and reach.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor Earn product performance and resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve KPIs and growth targets.
- Track and analyze marketing campaigns and growth initiatives via data and feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or biz dev
- Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi, DeFi, Lending/Borrowing.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills using data and user feedback to drive decisions.
- Result-oriented with KPI focus and good stakeholder management.
