📋 Description
- Provide strategic leadership for landscape-scale conservation initiatives across a multi-state
- Shape long-term strategy translating priorities into measurable programs, investments, and
- Lead collaborative initiatives with partners, funding, science, policy, and community engagement.
- Develop teams, strengthen organizational capacity, and communicate impact to executives and funders.
- Guide conservation investments using data, GIS, and partner knowledge to prioritize high-value
- Represent the organization with senior leadership, boards, funders, and external stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, conservation, natural resource management, public
- 5–7 years managing collaborative conservation or landscape-scale programs.
- At least 3 years leading staff or cross-functional initiatives with demonstrated accountability.
- Strong knowledge of landscape-scale conservation principles and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to influence decision-making and manage complex, multi-partner initiatives.
- Experience managing grants, funding agreements, and reporting requirements.
