Manager - Transaction Services Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Provide data-driven insights for transactions in private equity and corporate clients.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver recommendations for due diligence and exit
• Translate data into clear insights for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure data reconciles to core financial statements or metrics.
• Lead data-driven discussions and advise on transaction models.
• Deliver analytics throughout the deal lifecycle and support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial due diligence and data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years in QOE, working capital, and cash flows.
• 2+ years with tools: D3.js/Tableau/PowerBI/Spotfire; Hadoop/SQL/Alteryx; SAS/Azure; SPSS/Minitab
• Strong client relationship skills and business acumen.
• Ability to travel as required by client location.
