APAC Tax Lead (6-12 months Contract)

📋 Description

• Be the main point of contact for tax matters in the APAC region.
• Ensure tax compliance via local teams and external firms.
• Provide internal tax advisory for international, direct, indirect, corporate, and personal taxes.
• Advise on structuring of contracts and new business ventures.
• Identify tax opportunities and align with global tax strategies.
• Manage queries with local authorities, audits, and disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or Taxation
• At least 12 years of experience, Big 4 or in-house preferred
• Proven APAC tax leadership with operations and compliance focus
• Fast learner, flexible, able to work remotely
• Proactive, independent, hands-on, team player
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote environment
