• 5+ years in US/Canadian multi-state payrolls.
• Expertise in US tax mechanics and Canadian payroll rules.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, UKG Payroll, Workday.
• Advanced Excel for large payroll datasets.
• AI-first mindset for automating payroll workflows.
