📋 Description

• Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic setting
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors impacting daily life
• Communicate session progress with supervising clinical team
• Flexible, part-time schedule (after-school hours)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete training for RBT role (if not certified)
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
