🎯 Requirements

• Completed term in an open source mentorship or contribution program with merged PRs.
• Go fluency or strong background in another systems language; quick learner.
• Distributed systems fundamentals (idempotency, retries, consistency).
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes debugging.
• Ability to document designs and decisions clearly.
• Full-time conversion possible after term; evidence of sustained multi-month contributions.
