📋 Description
- Audit commercial documentation and determinations for compliance with government procurement
- Provide SME guidance on regulatory requirements, procurement processes, and commercial
- Support CPSR audits and related compliance activities; ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Monitor FAR, DFARS, T&Cs, procurement manuals; translate updates into operational guidance.
- Review procurement docs (drawings, specs, SOWs) to support accurate determinations and assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and promote policy consistency.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years global supply chain experience, or master’s with 6+ years
- Experience in U.S. government global supply chain environments; familiarity with procurement
- Hands-on experience reviewing/commercial determinations under internal procedures/regulations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles (FAR, DFARS, T&Cs, procurement manuals).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Costpoint) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, project management, planning, presentation, and communication skills; attention
