🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Technical Writer, BA, Instructional Designer, or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SharePoint/Confluence, ServiceNow/BMC Helix.
• Knowledge of BPMN and related tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
• IT infra basics: cloud, networking, ITSM, security.
