📋 Description

• Customer-facing role deploying and sustaining Hivemind products in real environments
• Bridge field deployment, operations, troubleshooting, training, and sustainment
• Travel-intensive: ~50% travel, domestic/international trips
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams for installation, validation, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Robotics, Aerospace, or related field
• 5+ years in field engineering, deployments, systems integration, or similar
• Strong software/automation background; proficient in C++ and Python
• Proficient in Bash, Linux, and embedded systems troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and operate under field/time pressure
