- Lead, mentor, coach electrical engineers and staff to build technical excellence.
- Establish training, onboarding, and professional development programs.
- Provide technical leadership on complex electrical challenges and design quality.
- Oversee power distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, and protective systems.
- Collaborate with project leaders to integrate electrical systems into facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools for reports and reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
- Proven leadership of engineering teams with mentoring and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, codes, safety, and standards.
- Experience with short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, load-flow, and power-quality studies.
- Strong project, budget, and scheduling management; ability to drive business development.
